What is Anxiety?
As a human we are born with basic aa well as complex emotions which we experience in different situations. Anxiety is one of the common feeling which we as a human experience in our day to day life. Anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress.
For example, an intense feeling of nervousness which we feel before going for the job interview. This type of feeling of anxiety is unpleasant but it motivates you to meet your best potential.
Anxiety is the normal and common feeling of fear that may come and go and does not interfere in your day-to-day life activities.
What is Anxiety Disorder?
A feeling of anxiety is normal and common but if this feeling constantly lasts for the prolonged period of time and affects your day to day activities it can be considered as Anxiety Disorder.
In the case of anxiety disorder the feeling of anxiety becomes intense as well as it stays with you all the time
Examples of anxiety disorders include panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Anxiety Symptoms.
The main symptom of anxiety disorders is excessive fear or worry. Anxiety disorders can also make it hard to breathe, sleep, stay still, and concentrate. Your specific symptoms depend on the type of anxiety disorder you have.
Common symptoms are:
- Panic, fear, and uneasiness

- Restlessness
- Hot and Cold Flashes
- Shortness of breath
- Breathing faster.
